Why does everyone (especially Generation X) seem to hate Generation Y so much in the workplace?
Q. I understand that a lot of the older age groups have a problem with the fact that we'd rather be paid based on performance rather than time put in. Also the fact that we question everything that has come before us, is that not a good thing? Doesn't that encourage progress? I think the older generations fear the changes that we inevitably bring to the workplace and they are lashing out at us with this vitriol.
